Chef Carrie Baird has made a name for herself over the last two decades leading kitchens in some of the most highly-regarded restaurants in Denver, Colorado. Baird's signature style fuses locally-sourced ingredients with twists on classic and innovative, new dishes.
Community Involvement
We believe that our hospitality continues outside the wall of our restaurant to the communities in which we are lucky enough to live work, and play. This commitment extends to our state, our country, and the world at large. We do more than simply donate a percentage of sales, – we raise money, we roll up our sleeves, and we get to work. Our company leadership actively participates in several charities and non-profits that we passionately support.

Service Charge
A 20% service charge is added to every bill which allows us to equitably compensate everyone that contributes to your Tap & Burger experience, from the back of house, to the front of house. Additional gratuity for exceptional service is greatly appreciated by your server but is not required or expected.
